Educational Background

entered SUNY Oswego majoring in Communications
while at Oswego I started to become interested in computers and the Web specifically.
made my first site on Geocities!
in the fall of 1998 I landed an internship with the Alumni office as their WebDeveloper (working on DreamWeaver 3.0)
realized that this is what I wanted to do through an internship at the Alumni office and after creating an online store, message board, and a complete site design from scratch.
I graduated from SUNY Oswego in May 2000 with a BA in Public Relations.
the Following week I started my first job as a Web Developer for a small dot-com on Lake Ontario in upstate New York.
I am a self-taught web developer and web designer.

I was most recently the Business Manager for The Chopping Block, Inc., a world renowned graphic design studio located in Manhattan that specializes in Flash.
At CB I headed such accounts as XM Radio, Phish, TMBG, TBS Superstation, Turner Classic Movies, Sony Picture Classics, Adobe Systems, Volkswagen of America, and our newest client MTV.
Now I am running my own business development consulting firm called GraphicDefine

I live in Hopewell Junction in Dutchess County with my wife and our two dogs. (2 1/2 hour commute every day - one way!)
I received numerous awards in high school for vocal performance from festivals and competitions along the East coast.
I'm originally from Upstate New York - Binghamton to be exact.
I currently maintain my own blog on Business Development specifically focussed on helping other BD in the graphic design industry.
